Your first door into Taiwan–Ghana trade.
There is no Taiwanese chamber or trade office in Ghana. Taghtrade is the association that fills the gap — introductions, market-entry guidance and on-the-ground answers for Taiwanese and Ghanaian companies working across both markets.
Membership is free for founding members · We reply the same day
A bridge between two economies.
Established in 2020, Taghtrade is a non-profit industrial and commercial organisation that unites Taiwanese business leaders living and working in Ghana.
Taiwan maintains no chamber of commerce and no trade office in Ghana — the nearest is its trade office in Lagos. Taghtrade exists to do that work on the ground: connecting Taiwanese and Ghanaian companies in trade, sourcing and investment, and giving members practical help with the realities of doing business in both markets.
Promoting mutual growth and opportunity across diverse sectors.
Three things we exist to do.
Promote friendship & cultural exchange
Deepen cultural understanding and strengthen ties between Taiwanese entrepreneurs and Ghanaian communities.
Build a professional image
Enhance the reputation and visibility of Taiwanese businesses across Ghana and West Africa.
Facilitate trade & investment
Create opportunities for bilateral investment and expand trade relations with Taiwan's economic authorities and global enterprises.
What we work towards for our members.
- I
Advocacy
Represent members' interests with government authorities at municipal, regional and national levels.
- II
Dispute resolution
Partner with chambers of commerce to resolve financial, trade and investment challenges.
- III
Economic development
Support initiatives that stimulate growth and boost regional revenue.
- IV
Business expansion
Remove barriers that hinder enterprise growth and community development.
- V
Community building
Serve as a hub for social, economic and commercial collaboration.
